Large spacious house in one of Stavangers most attractive areas. One of the very best locations in Stavanger situated in first row towards recreational area and Stokkavannet - fantastic view – seeing is believing! Imagine sitting on one of the terraces enjoying free undisturbed "alone" view towards the lake when the sun sets across the calm lake.
One family has lived there for 6 years. They will now move home to England. The house will be fully refreshed when the move out. Many house owners tend to 'do not want to hear about my house'. Be informed that the whole Stavanger peninsula has some radon issues. Many have not cared to check in-depth. This house was checked and a very efficient extraction fan installed by the specialist company. No problems afterwards.
