Large spacious house in one of Stavangers most attractive areas. One of the very best locations in Stavanger situated in first row towards recreational area and Stokkavannet - fantastic view – seeing is believing! One family has lived there for 6 years. They will now move home to England. The house will be fully refreshed when the move out. Many house owners tend to 'do not want to hear about my house'. Next to the very popular lake "Store Stokkavann" the house is centrally placed in very calm "Cul de Sac" neighborhood, i.e. only next door neighbors passing by. Very safe and friendly for children. Direct access to 2 'private' playgrounds 20 meters away and football field in front of the house. Fruit trees belonging to the neighbourhood - free picking for the kids + plus in the garden of the house.

Upstairs is substantialy more spacious than most other houses since the ceiling is much higher. There is a huge difference to the neighbours - I have lived in Sandal Terrasse 10, across the street, so I know from the hard way when the head hit the ceiling in that house but no problem in nr 11.
Close to International school (ISS-3km) cycling/walking on segregated direct cycle and walking paths - see map in pictures. Centrally to town center and all working locations. Bus passes by to Forus etc. Short walking distance to grocery shops, Stavanger golf course and Amfi Madla (largest shopping mall in Stavanger) and to several sports arenas (gymnastic, handball etc) and ice rinks with the best hockey team in Norway. Be informed that the whole Stavanger peninsula has some radon issues. Many have not cared to check in-depth. This house was checked and a very efficient extraction fan installed by the specialist company. No problems afterwards.
