Develop the best Nordic corporate bank. We are looking for a business developer to help us build the best Nordic corporate bank of the future. The position we offer

You will join the Customer Solutions team within Corporate Strategy & Development. We deliver on a diverse set of business development responsibilities: we formulate the overall value proposition for Commercial & Business Banking; we develop the future advisory tools and we design the product offerings of the future relationship bank. We are looking for a business developer to be a part of our strong team. You will manage and drive business projects and strategic development initiatives with the purpose of making Nordea Commercial and Business Banking the leading corporate bank in all our Nordic markets. As such, the projects you will be working on will both have an analytical as well as creative and innovative angle, and you will be involved in the development and design of new strategies, frameworks and concepts that support our purpose and ambition.

The qualifications you need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, or engineering with top marks
2-3 years’ experience from management consulting or business development
Experience within the financial services industry or very strong interest in learning more about banking
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent in driving change
Strong relationship building skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Native speaker of one of the Nordic languages and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Experienced user of the Microsoft Office package
