The Communication Manager will be responsible for corporate communications (both internal and external) and all collateral (data sheets, brochures, white papers, case studies), as well as social media and website content. The position will be located in Skien, Norway.

Responsibility and tasks:
• Prepare, write and publish articles on EFD Inductions intranet, website and LinkedIn profile
• Manage social media activities
• Prepare, create, edit and publish videos for internal and external communication (i.e. for YouTube, intranet, training, demos ..)
• Press releases
• Write text for digital newsletters, data sheets, brochures, white papers and case studies

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in communications, media or other relevant subject
• English as mother tongue. Other language capabilities are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential
• Understands and is comfortable with the technical and creative content and needs of our customers
• Knowledge and understanding of digital and social media content and formats
• Familiarity with content management systems and video editing software
