The positions will integrated in the Johan Sverdrup LCI team and have the following main tasks:
Follow up status and deliveries to ensure that LCI will be received in time.
Verify that data and documentation is uploaded to Companys systems in a correct and timely structure.
Make sure that necessary and relevant documentation is available for RMM / MA, in order to perform criticality analysis, maintenance and spare parts evaluations and coding of materials.
Prepare for and participate in LCI hand-over meetings with construction, commissioning and operation
Competence requirements:
Good knowledge of Companys governing document, LCI requirements and have experience in Company s LCI tools, i.e. ProCoSys, STID and SAP.
Good interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
Takes initiative, is highly detail oriented and has strong follow-up skills
Independent work ethic and ability to be a strong team player with a hands on attitude to cooperate effectively in a matrix organization
The ability to work under urgent and demanding situations
Contract period: 01.03.2017 - 28.02.2019
