Marketing Coordinator

Citycon Senterdrift AS is searching for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to our shopping centers Herkules and Lietorvet in the Skien area. The marketing coordinator will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team in Norway, local shopping center manager as well as being the connection between the shopping centre and the local community. 

The position will be operational and involves varied tasks; 

•  Act as the primary tenant contact person regarding marketing cooperation in social media, webpages, loyalty programs, magazines and other relevant media
  
• Participate in preparing the annual marketing plan together with the marketing manager and the shopping center manager. 
  
• Based on marketing campaigns and activities, analyse and report digital footfall results and other relevant KPI to the marketing manager, shopping centre manager and tenants.
  
• Create and manage community-based content on social media etc. 
  
• Assist in maintaining the development of Citycon portal and shopping centre websites.
  
• Merchandising and styling
  
• Responsible for organizing and maintain the inventory of campaign material 
  
• Contribute to and take part of centrally organized activities such as sales/service programs and workshops.
  
• Advertise and sell banners, boards and advertisement in the shopping centre magazine
  
• Act as the primary daily contact point for media bureau, advertising agency and marketing department in HQ
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field or similar knowledge.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or retail, shopping center and media sector
  
• Good administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  
• Fluent English and Norwegian
