• Work with cost improvement projects related to electronic boards
• Drive product quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Participate in product development projects
• Provide production support
• Analyze manufacturing defect trends and drive yield improvements
• Work with subcontractors on solving supplier change requests
• Assist on releasing parts

• B.S. degree in electrical engineering or related technical degree
• Experience from production, electronic engineering, testing, process automation
• Positive, result-oriented and taking initiatives
• Strive for continuous improvements and implementing best practices
• Team player who likes to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Good analytical and planning skills
