Sales Manager

Hycast is a subsidiary of Hydro Aluminium and has extensive experience and know-how gained from numerous projects world-wide and is considered an important player in the Aluminium industry. Hycast is located at Sunndalsøra and has 48 employees. Our business is to provide solutions for competitive processes and end products for Aluminium cast houses through competent and motivated employees. Hycast is experiencing growth and is entering new markets giving a need to strengthen the organization. Hycast represents a new and game-changing alternative to our customers with special focus on environmental friendly technology. The company is multi-disciplined, and has its foundation in metallurgy, automation, electrical- and mechanical engineering.

Area of Responsibility

• Acquire and develop new clients and maintain long-term relationships 
• Sales Contract Negotiation
• Establish sales strategies and marketing activities
• Gather, analyze, and communicate opportunity intelligence and feedback from customers to the organization
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing event
• Liaise with Manufaturing, R&D and Aftersales 
• Overall responsibility for customer’s satisfaction and long-term business relationship
• High Travel Flexibility

Qualifications

• Successfully graduated with University degree
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Team oriented work style
• Fluency in English 
• Experience in MS-Office applications
