We are looking for a Discipline Process Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. Our customer is a leading company within the in the oil and gas industry. This particular position will be based in Stjørdal.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Part of the internal project team reporting to Project Manager Facilities
- Ability to address complex issues and good process and organization operational understandings
- Responsible for process design/engineering/process safety by following up contractor’s design/engineering work
- Participate in relevant intern/external meetings/presentations and all kinds of quality assurance activities
- Contribute to DG preparations
Qualifications:
- University degree (B.Sc/ M.Sc) or equivalent education within process design/technology (Longer relevant experience may compensate for less formal education)
- Minimum 8 years of experience with process design/engineering
- Experience from development / modification projects
- Minimum 8 years of experience from project development and/ or execution
- Experience/knowledge with Åsgard B would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge to technical standards & specifications
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Proactive and daily independent
Work Location: Stjørdal
Contract period: 28.11.16 - 01.12.17
Language requirements: English and Norwegian
