Vice President Human Resources
The Nammo Group has a vacancy for VP Human Resources with focus on employee development. Under the direction of SVP Human Resources & Business Integration, the VP HR will be responsible for coordination and development of global talent programs, including (but not limited to) performance management, competence building and talent assessment.  Responsibilities and tasks: 
  • Support and oversee the execution of global talent development programs  
  • Design and manage strategic and operational learning solutions and performance strategies that contribute to organizational success and profitability, including the creation and execution of Nammo Academy  
  • Increase employee engagement by providing the tools to motivate, coach and ensure a positive company culture  
  • Direct all aspects of training life cycle; development through delivery including creation of training materials and vendor management 
  • Deliver training across departments and business units  
  • Identify areas of improvement based on best practices  
  • Develop and implement a system for knowledge and competence sharing between the business units  
  • Together with the global HR team, proactively identify competence gap in the organization  
  • Update, develop and monitor policies, procedures, methods and guidelines  
  • Maintain succession plans for the Group  
  • Utilize GAP analysis  
  • Ensure diversity is appropriately and consistently integrated across development programs and practices  
  • Ensure all staff receives appraisals in accordance with company policy  
 Education and requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in HR or similar business degree  
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality  
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with HR in general or within talent management in a corporate environment  
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). Solid demonstrated presentation skills and organizational abilities  
  • Proven ability to develop and execute training programs in international companies  
  • Customer oriented with demonstrated ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner to relevant stakeholders  
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries and influence at all levels  
  • Demonstrated high degree of professional ethics and integrity
