Senior Vice President Communication
Our SVP Communication is transitioning to a new role within the company. The SVP Communication serves as an integral member of the Nammo Group Management Team, reporting directly to the President & CEO. The SVP Communication is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's external and internal communication and will be responsible for developing and executing our communications strategy. The position is located at our headquarters in Raufoss, Norway. Responsibilities and tasks:

Serve as primary senior communication counsel to the CEO and the members of the Management Team.
Develop, implement and execute our communication strategy
Present the company to relevant stakeholders
Propose, research and produce a wide range of communication and PR material
Proactively lead and execute communication projects and campaigns that supports the company's key messages
Identify emerging issues, and develop strategic communications solutions
Develop and execute a media relation strategy and serve as the company's spokesperson

Education and requirement:

You hold a master or Bachelor's Degree in communication or marketing related fields
You have 10+ years of experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
You have proven ability to develop consensus and lead corporate communication program
Excellent oral and written communication skills
You are customer oriented and have demonstrated ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner to relevant stakeholders
Demonstrated high degree of professional ethics and integrity
Interest and understanding of politics
Social Media expertise and International Relations background are strongly preferred
Fluency in Norwegian and English required
