- 1 h 45 min drive to Oslo
- 1 min. drive / 10 min. walk to the beach and popular hike trails.

The three bedrooms all accommodate a double bed.

House/property insurance and municipality fees are included in the rent. The tenant is obliged to provide insurance for private belongings.

The tenant signs up for an electricity contract. The house is energy effective and average consumption is considered low compared to older similar sized detached houses. Ventilation and air-conditioning for both heating and cooling is installed. Floor heating in hallways and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

The house can be rented fully furnished if of interest. The furniture is of high quality and modern design. The additional monthly fee for furniture is 3.000 NOK.
