Your profile:

-A deep passion, curiosity and understanding of home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home with an updated view for trends.

-Actively seeking improved methods of working in a simple, effective and cost efficient way.

-An ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and strong practical hands on attitude.

-A strong customer focus. -Driven to exceed goals and a desire to improve ways of working.

-This together with preferable an educational background in preferable Visual Merchandising.

About the job:

As a creative part of the Visual Merchandise Team, you use your knowledge of people’s life at home and your level of merchandise competence to show many new functional, beautiful, sustainable and affordable commercial solutions that are relevant on the local market.

Your task will include:

-Contributing to positioning IKEA store in Norway, Kristiansand as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.

-Stimulating and increasing the interest for home furnishing through constantly showing new and inspiring commercial IKEA solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.

-Creating visual impact in all commercial store areas to strengthen the IKEA brand identity and make the customer feel a great shopping experience in the store.

-Be a strong part of creative solutions in the store.
