Avery Dennison NTP in Norway is situated in spectacular and exciting surroundings and is part of a growing tech environment. Our business is constantly developing, and we now have two positions available. One permanent and a 1-year project position. Our team is centrally placed in our organisation, and the team consists of 4-6 colleagues. We develop and adapt solutions for our production environment from a SW-perspective, and we provide modern solutions for our very attractive and demanding customers.

Our intelligent products are playing a part in this year's Champions League final. We take pride in this achievement. We are looking for talented and team-oriented colleagues. Together we will reach our new ambitious goals.

Tasks

  • develop work plans with milestones and planned achievements
  • implement new technology from a SW-perspective
  • develop and improve existing systems
  • focus on optimizing processes
  • stay up-to-date on new technology keeping creativity alive

Qualifications

  • basic programming knowledge is a must
  • some knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL is preferable
  • Java programmers also encouraged to apply
  • If you have relevant working experience, education within software development, or experience from AngularJS, .NET, MVC, Web API, Entity framework or Github, this will be a benefit, but neither of these are required for you to apply.
  • Speaking, writing and fluent understanding of the English language is mandatory, Norwegian language is a great advantage.
