Draugen P&T Offshore Site Rep

On behalf of our client a leading operator in the Oil & Gas industry, we are looking for a P&T Offshore Site Rep for Draugen

JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to manage offshore construction for a series of projects for Draugen Platform reporting to Construction Executing Manager Draugen P&T Offshore Site Rep. Will Manage Construction, Pre-com and Commissioning activities including both continuous brown field construction (piping, structural, power/instrument, ISO etc), module and major structure installation with HLV and campaigns, at Draugen Platform throughout the period from 2015 to 2016 through liaison with Draugen Executing Manager, and Draugen Commissioning Manager.

Draugen P&T Offshore Site Rep. will deliver all construction at Draugen, including MC, pre-commissioning function testing, area clearance and handover (HOC) to Operations. Commissioning phase will be through close liaison with Draugen Commissioning Manager The Position will be offshore rotation based (2/4) with office liaison in Stavanger area and visits to the various sites to liaise with site representation as required.

DIMENSIONS:

Draugen P&T Offshore Site Rep. Will have responsibility for coordination of all services provided by EPCm contractor at Draugen, including call-off tasks for Operations, Maintenance, and Inspection works. The position is within Norway P&T Offshore Draugen Construction organisation reporting to Draugen Executing Manager. An EPCm contractor provides engineering, fabrication, construction and management resources to Draugen

ORGANISATION: Member of P&T Draugen Construction and Commissioning Organisation. Member of P&T Surface Facilities,

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key elements of the position include:

1. Safety Champion at Draugen

2. P&T Company representative offshore

3. Perform HSE Audits/reviews and incident reports

4. Communications and relationship management with contractors

5. Coordination with Draugen Operations Offshore

6. Effective Offshore Construction Management

7. Coordination with Draugen Commissioning Manager

8. Transition management to commissioning

9. Monitor offshore construction planning, performance tracking and control

10. Verify and monitor in line with agreed ITP. Perform daily/regular QA/QC activities throughout all phases.

11. Interface management on/offshore within project

12. Manage Flawless through construction

13. Coordinate and Manage MCDAC inspections

14. Monitor deviation reports, SQ and NCR vs. Scope of Work (SOW)

15. Manage and assist pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including Shell groups to meet the completion and handover

16. Monitor Red Line Mark up and As-Built documentation in CCR

17. Agree input to punch list and approve completion of Punch List.

18. Handover to Operations as Shell Commissioning representative when applicable.

19. Ensure Proper handover of information between Offshore Site rep. shifts. The position is within Norway P&T Surface Facilities organisation. An EPCm contractor provides engineering, fabrication and construction resources to Draugen.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Professionally qualified Engineer or equivalent

2. 10 years+ working experience as a professional in oil & gas business, with majority of experience from offshore experience.
