Web and online marketing - one year engagement

As Web Editor in QuestBack’s Group Marketing department you will be responsible for the Company’s online content. You will be a key player in the continued development of QuestBack’s online presence and building of the Company’s position as thought leader in our industry. Great online user experience and visibility is vital for any IT company, but especially for QuestBack which lives and breathes online customer experience through our web based software solutions.

QuestBack is in the process of rolling out new websites in all markets (24 sites in total, in 10 different languages). With this project completed by the end of April, the new web platform represents a fantastic canvas for the new Web Editor. The Web Editor will primarily be responsible for content on the English language sites, but also for making new content available for local marketing resources to take advantage of corporate efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Content creation – either by writing it yourself or acquiring it from other sources in the Company
• Planning of the editorial schedule for the website
• Publish content through the Content Management System (EpiServer)
• Collaborating with other marketers in Group Marketing, local marketing resources, designers, and web developers
• Maintaining and improving the site, and ensure interesting and accurate content
• Search Engine Optimization and overlooking our PPC tactics through agencies
• Manage QuestBack’s EFM blog, and source new posts (www.FriendsOfFeedback.com )
• Write and dispatch quarterly newsletters to QuestBack customers
• Social media surveillance and collaboration with PR agency to ensure regular activity in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube etc)

Required competence:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (impeccable grammar and spelling)
• Excellent English skills, preferably native English speaker
• Preferably also fluent in Norwegian
• Experience in writing professional content in English – both for on- and offline use
• On top of best practice for online content in terms of SEO and user experience
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably EpiServer 6
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Ability to quickly understand technical solutions and be able to transform this into reader friendly pieces of content
• General interest and curiosity for online marketing and social media
