Project Quality Manager/Engineer

Work Tasks and areas of responsibility:

The purpose of the role is to ensure that Quality is properly addressed and followed up in our tenders and projects,- in compliance with our own, clients’ and regulatory requirements. 

• To act as Tender and Project Quality manager/Lead.
• To act on behalf of Tender or Project Manager in all Quality related matters.
• Manage the Contract scope for Quality in tenders and projects, and ensure that our systems and procedures are implemented.
• In co-operation with Supply Chain Management, contribute in subcontractor selection, and
  follow-up.
• Act as Lead Auditor in internal and external audits.
• Contribute in incident investigation if required.
• Contribute in writing governing procedures for Quality management. 

Education and Experience:

• Relevant education at Bachelor level– or higher, is preferred.
• At least 2-5 years’ experience from a similar position
• Lead Auditor Qualification required. 

Personal Qualities:

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Pedagogical attitude and skills.
• Good cross cultural understanding.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Able to work with employees at all levels of an organization, and across geographical borders.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Experience in writing procedures.
