Project Manager

Work Tasks and areas of responsibility:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organisation, and execution of work in accordance with the Client contract. He/she will ensure that the company’s and Client expectations are clarified and met during both onshore and offshore phase of the project.

Other main responsibilities and tasks in prioritised order:

• Project management both in Tender and Execution phase
• Executing projects according to company Project Execution Model, including:
• • Project economical results
  • Management of project risk
  • HSSE
  • Development of project personnel
  • Development and implementation of project specific tools and work instructions
• Ensure that project personnel has an overall understanding of the Contract, including its commercial aspects

Education and Experience:

• MSc or BSc within relevant technical and/or commercial disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant Project Management experience
• Good understanding of HSSE
• Leadership skills
• Documented results from previous projects
• Good contractual knowledge
• Experience from IMR, SURF, cable lay, or pipe lay projects is an advantage

• Leadership capabilities and hands-on management skills
• Strong drive, goal oriented, and with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, and ability to work in multi-cultural environments
• Able to clearly and concisely communicate
