Work tasks:
- Provide first class end user support locally, on phone and e-mail.
- User administration in AD and Exchange.
- Support on engineering applications.
- Support on mobile and ip telephony.
- Pc hardware troubleshooting .
- Configuration of pc's. Installation of software.
Education and experience:
- IT bachelor and/or certifications. Documented skills may weigh up for missing formal education.
- Experience with end user support.
- Good Windows and Office knowledge.
- Engineering application support experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding and interest in IT. Technically proficient.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of laptop/desktop pc's.
Personal Qualities:
- Customer oriented and service-minded.
- Independent and flexible.
- Structured and accurate.
- Thrives in a sometimes hectic environment.
