Controller / Senior Accountant

Kongsberg Automotive is looking for Controller / Senior Accountant to the company's location in Raufoss, Norway.

Job description / main responsibilities

• Internal control system
• Implement and monitor appropriate procedures and guidelines
• Reporting
  • Daily sales
  • Weekly Flash report
  • Monthly Financials incl. bridge
  • Monthly Result Assurance
  • Yearly Rolling Forecast
  • KPI`s
• Process Capex proposals / Asset mgmt.
• SAP postings, reports, drilldowns, etc.
• Participate in mgmt. meetings and dept. meetings
• Continuous improvements
• Contact with auditors and other external organizations
• Internal Financial training for our (new) employees
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance / Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably from a manufacturing company
• Good business understanding
• Self starter / Pro-active
• Analytical
• Team player
• Strong communicator
• Knowledge of SAP or similar SW
• Strong in Norwegian and English
