IT Service Manger
For our well-knowned customer, we now seek a IT Service Manager. You must be dedicated to ensure that all our employees can succeed in their business endeavors. We are looking for a person who
will be key in establing our global IT Infrastructure.

Objective
Implement, improve and develop world class internal IT and facilites services for our global organization.

Responsibilites

• Aquire, review, IT Services and infrastructure
• Review, change and document our infrastructure
• Create, master and implement plans for improving our Global services.
• Purchasing and negotiating agreements with suppliers
• Responsible for our global IT infrastructure
• Responsible for our Norwegian IT and office infrastructure

Qualifications

• Highly technical, good knowledge of the following areas:
• Network (Cisco)
• Mail solutions (Exchange server)
• Intranet (Sharpoint)
• Backup system (Backup Exec 2012)
• Microsoft Servers.
• Personal Computing (Mac and PC)
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Customer focused, recognizing that our internal staff needs efficient, professional, collborative tools and services
• Structured, keeping track of our purchases and leasing agreements
• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with focus not only on technical but also organizational implementations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a positiv attitude.
• Excellent verbal/listening and written communcation skills.
• Financial forecasting and cost control related to maintenance
• Fluent in English.
