Work with B2B sales, service and marketing

As a Language Consultant you will join the Norwegian Sales team for the marketing, sales, promotion and organization of our intensive language courses abroad for B2B clients.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Sell our language programs to clients from Norwegian companies.
• Help promote and develop marketing activities (updating our website, launching email campaigns, developing brochures and promotional materials...)
• Together with the Product Sales Manager, take full ownership of direct sales in the country and reach sales targets
• Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on EF programs.
• Operate in a truly international environment and a young team                                   

Requirements

• Sales oriented and target driven with 2-3 years work experience minimum in sales and marketing, education, tourism
• Business, language or tourism studies background with a Bachelor's degree
• Mother tongue Norwegian and fluent in English
• Business acumen with strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team
• IT literate
