CRM Architect

Do you want to participate in a major shift in technology within the CRM area in Telenor?

BSS IT ? Fixed Product & Verification is a new section within IT Technology in Telenor. The section is responsible for the order systems as well as CRM systems in use with customer service. We now prepare to support digital transformation as well as replacing todays CRM systems with new technology.

A small, but experienced team is leading the work. To strengthen the team we are now looking for a dedicated CRM architect.

We are looking for you who have experience from CRM and Salesforce and good communication skills. If you in addition have a wish to become more of an advisor while working on the technical aspect of our CRM transformation, then you might be the one for us. We offer a learning environment where you can develop and add new skills to your toolbox.

As a CRM architect you will have the following tasks:

• Lead and execute analysis, synthesize conclusions into recommendations, and be an advisor to the business units
• In close co-operation with the team ensure that the solution design for new functionality is in line with targets for the domain
• Bring forward plans for modernization, maintenance and plans for system termination within the domain
• Coordinate the architectural work within the domain with other parties of interest (internal and external)
• Participate in projects requiring assistance from the domain

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed higher education within IT
• Has 3-5 years of experience as a developer/architect/solution architect within CRM, preferably Salesforce. Some knowledge of Siebel would be useful
• Has experience from and strong ability to communicate complex technical problems to non IT literate persons
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently, support and strengthen an environment which promote both personal development and cooperation in an efficient organization
• Has good communication skills both oral and written
• Is fluent in English. Some knowledge of Norwegian is desirable
