We are seeking a business developer to drive the development of future digital solutions and services in Telenor, especially within the payment and credit domain.

Background

The digital shift is bringing profound changes, both in technology, as well as in deregulations of the markets. These changes bare the possibility to drive innovation in areas like payment, credit and digital care, with Telenor as a front-runner in these processes.

As a business developer, you will contribute to this innovation with ideas, the exploration of possibilities, and the realisation of viable concepts and products. The innovation process in Telenor is highly concentrated around agile development and The Innovator?s Method.

The position reports to Henriette Schiager, Head of Digital Care, IT and Development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prototype, develop and commercialise business ideas, and transfer them into actionable and scalable strategies
• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, mainly in the payment and credit domain
• Close cooperation with customers, colleagues, different departments, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Competence to see the correlation between customer needs, business models and new technology
• Experience with service design techniques, such as user testing and prototyping
• Experience with development and change processes, knowledge of lean and agile ways of working
• Background in consultancy and finance is a benefit
• Higher education (master degree) in a relevant subjects such as economy, business administration, strategy, technology
• Working proficiency in English, good knowledge of Norwegian, written and spoken
