Career & Performance Specialist - Nordic region

Your opportunity
This role sits on a Nordic level and is physically based in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki. The role will work closely with Nordic and global colleagues, and reports to our Nordic Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader based in Copenhagen.
In this role, your time will be divided between performance management and career development. You will coordinate and ensure implementation of our new performance management tool, LEAD, based on the SuccessFactors platform. Moreover, you will be expected to take ownership of other development projects. As the subject matter expert, when it comes to LEAD, you will provide training for HR Business Partners to help support them in their local and Nordic change journey in implementing this new performance management process and platform.
Your responsibilities
We have recently established a new way of thinking about performance management and implemented a new system, SuccessFactors, and we will now enter into a phase of increased change management. You will take the lead on this change management process and manage a large number of stakeholders -especially HR Business Partners, partners and colleagues in the business at local and Nordic levels.
Your main tasks
- Working closely with the talent development leader to deliver on career development and performance projects
- High focus on continued implementation of our newly implemented performance management tool LEAD
- Implementation of other global career and performance projects (may depend on your background and interest, but sits mainly within career management)
Your qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience from another large international company. Most likely you have 3-4 years of experience within performance management and/or talent development.
In addition we expect that you have:
- Stakeholder management/business consulting skills
- Strong client focus with the ability to network, manage relationships and work virtually/across borders
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
- Drive and deliver quality services and products to the business
- Basic change management skills and a desire to act as a change champion
- Understand the key business and financial drivers that determine EY’s success
- Fluent in English business writing
- Commercial acumen and business awareness
