Do you want to work as an expert in the commercial utilization of Salesforce in Telenor?

Cloud based CRM is a game changer and this is a unique opportunity to be a central part when we change way of work in Telenor Norway, Enterprise Division. We are now looking for a new expert for Salesforce which is our primary CRM system.

As Salesforce CRM Expert you will be responsible for development and maintenance activities of our state of the art CRM system and processes. You will provide accurate, reliable, timely and easily accessible data and customer insights to the organization. You will contribute so that sales, marketing and customer care gets the full benefit out of or CRM system. Omni channel capabilities and automation of processes by extensive system support are key areas.

What you will be doing:

  • Take lead for all configuration and development in our CRM solution
  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications in addition to Partner Community and Salesforce platform
  • Build reports, dashboards and workflows
  • Manage users, data and security, in addition to digitizing processes
  • Participate in key initiative?s and projects related to CRM and omni channel sales and marketing
  • Ensure we have a proper governance model, make requirements and documentation for change requests and follow up execution in collaboration with our integration partner
  • Regularly audit data to identify data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.
  • Secure that data loads are executed according to plan and that our data is accurate and with high quality
  •  Responsible for keeping up with new releases from Salesforce.com and to adopt relevant functionality into our installation
  • Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality roll out

We are looking for someone with these qualifications:

  • Higher education within business management, IT or engineering
  • We require some years of experience from CRM systems and processes
  • Documented Salesforce.com experience and certifications is required
  • Solid IT and commercial understanding, as well as experience from B2B is preferred
  • Some experience from Campaign management and CLM is desired
  • Experience from project management and/or Telecommunication and digital customer journeys is an advantage
  • Experience from tools for 1-1 marketing in digital channels is an advantage 
  • Experience from order management/CPQ is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
