In order to fulfill this mission, Mojob is looking for an exceptional individual to take the position as Head of Sales & Marketing. You need to be strategic, results-oriented, a great team player and looking to build something incredible with us.


You care deeply about your profession. You know how hard it is to gain traction in the market. You know the importance of being omnipresent in multiple channels. You're a total geek on marketing and sales strategies, and you are always looking for new ways to generate more revenue. Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset are capabilities you have, but you’re also structured and self-disciplined. You take initiative, not afraid to get your hands dirty and you are very independent.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Plan and report on sales and marketing budgets
  • Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth and communicate this knowledge to the tech team
  • Keep an eye on the market
  • Build a solid brand
  • Work with PR
  • Oversee a social media strategy


REQUIREMENTS

  • Background from sales or marketing with extraordinary results
  • Initiative, enthusiastic, and have entrepreneurial spirit
